Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Silkway. Silkway offers this website and its associated platforms, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please be aware that Dakhtar should not be utilized for urgent, life-threatening, or emergency situations. If you are facing a critical or potentially harmful situation, it is crucial to contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities immediately. Dakhtar is designed solely for non-emergency purposes and provides a platform for simple consultations with doctors. For urgent matters, it is essential to seek immediate assistance through the proper emergency channels to ensure your safety and well-being.
By visiting our website, connects to it, or creates or uses an account over the website, or with any of its associated applications such as Android, iPad, iPhone, or any other, (which are collectively referred to as "Platform" in this document). Under this purview, all services offered under the platform will also be covered. When the aforementioned happens, the user acknowledges that he is in full comprehension and acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions (collectively known as Terms). Besides these terms, our Privacy Policy is also available on Dakhtar.net and the user has agreed to be bound by them and each of the applicable regulations and laws. The user acknowledges that these Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between yourself and Silkway (hereafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", and "our") in this document, concerning the use of this Platform. Before using our application to order any items, please go through these terms.

If the users are going to agree to these Terms, the Platform is going to allow these Users to place a booking from its doctors, other professionals or establishments that may be relevant to the medical field such as: specialists, surgeons, dentists, therapists, etc. (referred to as the "Merchants" in this document) may operate these entities.
This Platform has been put in place to ensure that the service provided to users is simple and convenient. The users can link to Merchants in their area to book (our "Service") or appoint several services (hereafter collectively referred to as "Services" in this document).
With the Platform being interactive, it will take merely a single click for users to create and schedule an appointment. If a User schedule an appointment from a Merchant, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) will act as a facilitator between the Merchant and yourself. This not only lets you conclude your order from the Merchant, but We also manage your experience while order processing takes place. The Platform has been put in place to be a marketplace for the Users.
In no way whatsoever does Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) interfere with any services or goods that the Merchants provide. We are, instead, an online market that makes available for the Users the ability to search for and access local Merchants. The Merchants will, in turn, provide the available services. The Platform, further, facilitates the booking of these services via scheduling. It is an obligation for the Merchants to invariably find themselves in compliance with the country's local laws, rules, regulations, and standards concerning the preparation of services and goods, sale, marketing, and safety.
Now a user also has to understand and recognize that independently, at its level, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) does not verify the services, representations, and credentials of merchants. It similarly has no interference at the levels of the quality of any services or products, or the Merchants complying with the applicable laws or not. Therefore, the users on their part make themselves comfortable with all the information that the Merchants share over the Platform. Another way of garnering more information is that Users can directly request this information from the Merchants. This will give Users cues associated with the reliability and quality of Merchants. Users can understand if Merchants are compliant with the applicable laws or not.
Even as we reserve the right to do so, we are not obliged to limit or restrict the sales of our services to any jurisdiction, geographic region, or person. Similarly, laws in certain countries are such that we won't be offering the sale of a few of our services. When the law prohibits it, any offers for any services made over the platform are void.
In any or all ways, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) does not undertake the guarantee that its services or the quality of its services are going to be compliant with the applicable laws. It also does not guarantee that the services it provides are going to be the same as the services that are listed on the platform. It is very much possible for a merchant to represent that these services are being prepared by special standards. Please note that Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) is not obliged to share any information associated with the services on its website. Merchants providing services from allergens is no guarantee forwarded by Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net). The only exception is when applicable laws explicitly state something associated with the matter. In case you have any restrictions and requirements, or are afflicted by allergic reactions or allergies, we will strongly recommend that you get in touch with the merchant before you place an order on our platform. At an independent level, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) does not verify or investigate such representations.
In all likelihood, you can expect Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) and its Merchants to comply with your special instructions for an order. But, there will arise some cases wherein doing so is not commercially reasonable, possible, or feasible. In such cases, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) and its Merchants withhold all rights to prepare your order as per the Standard Operating Procedure. If this does happen, neither Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net), nor its Merchants may be held liable for replacing or refunding an order that does not conform to the special instructions that you shared.
If any of Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) Merchants forwards a service that is unhealthy, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may not be held liable or responsible for the same. This is irrespective of whether the unhealthy services turn out to be a cause of injury that is unacceptable to the users, or not. We may not be held liable or responsible in any way if the services forwarded by our Merchants do not meet your expectations.
Creating an account on the Platform
Users are permitted to create an account on the Platform. They enjoy the liberty to choose their own "User Names" and "Passwords". However, please note that we do not give the same username to two users, and your password is known only to you. Users also have the liberty to change their password at any time of their discretion. However, it is entirely the user's responsibility to choose and protect his password. If any problems arise on the account of using your password, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) accepts no responsibility for the same. Via emails, we inform users about promotions that are taking place in your area.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) reserves all rights to share your username and password with third-party companies. However, this is merely for providing our services. Just as an instance, we may be obliged to share your contact number with Merchants for order confirmation or rescheduling of appointment. However, this is just to make sure that your service reaches in time. This makes the services quicker and correct. If a User intends to connect to the Services, he should have an Account on the Platform. He'd have to enter a username and password to access his account. This would be logging in to the platform.
You’re using the Platform is a warranty for us that all personal information that you share is true. It is current, accurate, and complete in all regards. We are also assured that if any changes are brought about in your personal information, you'd share the same with us by updating your User profile over the Platform. Another way of going about it is getting in touch with us. You agree that you will not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
Our Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts to be used by the same individual. If they happen to violate this clause, all their accounts could be terminated. At all times, Users' passwords should be kept confidential. They may not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You alone withhold the responsibility for all activities and orders, which are occurring or are submitted via your account. In case you come to know or suspect someone knowing your password, contact us immediately.
In case you intend unauthorized or unlawful purposes, refrain from using the Platform. This includes the following but is not limited to the same:
The distribution of unlawful, abusive, libelous, threatening, obscene, harmful, or material that is otherwise objectionable.
Do not transmit material that constitutes a criminal offense, breaches any codes of practice, regulations, or law, or results in civil liability.
Do not interfere with other people’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.
Do not impair, disable, or damage the Platform's operation or make any attempts to gain unauthorized access to this Platform or the networks that are connected to it. Spoofing, hacking, and other similar means are strictly prohibited.
We expect that all devices using the platform will hold only one user account. Services will be permitted in this case, but not the use of promotions.
In case you intend to delete your account, please contact us over the Platform contact page requesting the same.
How to place an order and how it works
Once you have finalized the services that you wish to go for, being provided by the chosen merchants in the Merchants' list, you can schedule your appointment by clicking on the "Place Order" button. At this point, it will become important to cross-verify the information that you type in. So, cross-verify this information and make corrections as and when required. Please bear in mind that once you click on the "Place ORder" the Platform will receive and accept your order and start processing it. On the final page, we will share a message with you that will specify that your order has been received and successfully sent to the Merchant.
Once the order is placed, the status of the order will be “Waiting for Confirmation” until the booking is confirmed by the Merchant.
The Merchant has the right to reschedule the order date and time, however, it is up to the user to confirm or cancel the proposed schedule by the Merchant.
Merchant accepting the order
The Merchant will receive and review the placed order by the user and either confirm or propose new date or time or both to the user.
Order Cancellation/Rescheduling
After the Merchant accepts an order, the customer can cancel the order, however, the cancellation is subject to the Merchant service rules and Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) will have no interference between the User and Merchant.
Your Responsibilities
When using the Platform’s services, the User undertakes and accepts:
1. The information that is shared with us is correct. In case any losses occur on account of discrepancies in the shared information (like a misplaced password), the User alone will bear the responsibility for any related losses that take place. Under such circumstances, the user's account will be terminated.
2. When using the platform, in case a User shares any statements, opinions, or ideas, he alone will bear the responsibility for the same. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) withholds no responsibility for any content or data that is uploaded on our platform and our employees may not be held liable for the matter. We may also not be held liable for a User going through the content that other Users upload. The Users are, however, obliged to not share any content that is immoral, racially sensitive, threatening, or threatens the laws of the nation in any way. Users are obliged not to harass or threaten others via the medium of the Content that they share on the Platform. The Users may also not indulge in activities such as chain letters, surveys, or share any information that impacts the operation of the Platform's software.
3. If any materials are records are obtained using Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net), it implies that the User consents to the activity. We may not be held liable for losses or damage of any nature that the User may come across because of this activity. So, if a user uses any services and experiences losses, he may not demand compensation from us to make up for the losses. Similarly, Users are obliged to not use the services of the Platform for any advertising or commercial purposes without getting our consent. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may monitor all systems all the time or at any time.
4. The Platform may use its system for commercial purposes. However, the system may not be used for mailing any information that is legally forbidden. The Platform may also not be used for circulating any unauthorized mail. This category covers malicious software and chain mail. Users are obliged to not record and use personal information that belongs to others. Do not use the Services using a third-party's account. Use the Platform for illegal activities. Perform no acts of infringement on the Platform with regard to the Platform's content. Do not use the platform for performing any commercial activities except the ones that we authorized. Do not copy any content from the website. This includes but is not limited to third-party reviews and Merchant menu content for republication online or in print. All Merchant reviews and blog entries that you make should be in the spirit of the Platform. Share no information that compromises the Platform's operation or security, or the operation and security of Users and merchants using the Platform (such as their usernames, passwords, or the information on their page or space).
5. If a minor is to use the Platform, he/she must strictly do so under his/her parent’s guidance or supervision.
Authority of Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net)
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) reserves all rights to temporarily cease or permanently suspend all system operations at any time based on our discretion. We may not be held liable for any losses faced by Merchants or Users for permanently or temporarily ceasing system operations at any time based on our discretion.
We display usernames and passwords only to registered users. We may refrain users from creating new passwords or halt their use of existing passwords for an indefinite period, at any time based on our discretion.
At no time does Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) warrant that its services will be delivered securely, on time, and completely, or that the services are going to be correct and reliable. We do not guarantee that the quality of services shall be a match for your expectations.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) withholds all rights to back up and delete all or some of the files and messages that Users share with us when using the Services on offer. This may be done for the period that the Platform deems appropriate. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may not be held responsible for the delete and backup process.
The Platform has the ownership and copyrights arising from the ownership of the information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. which are produced by itself and/or bought from outside.
The sales of Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) are limited to whatever is currently available in the list of services of the firms provided in Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net). If a Merchant is unable to deliver any item on the account of unavailability, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may not be held liable for the same.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) withholds all rights to post information such as graphics, designs, software, and documents on its bulletin board. This may include news and reports. At times, these may be intended to transport users to another spot on the Platform, as the Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) finds appropriate. Other users may also post content of this nature upon copying it, but they may not demand any royalty from Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) for their activities.
The onus of changing or updating any pricing-related information on the Platform lies with the Merchants or Companies operating on the Platform. If any misinformation arises on the pricing and specifications, Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may correct the situation by cancelling the order.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may transit or redirect a User to other Platforms by the means of sharing links. If so happens, the User agrees that Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) shall not be responsible for the context of the Platforms, which the User may access through its Platform.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may provide extra services; bring about a change in a few of the services, wherein the changes could be partial or complete. The Platform may, alternately, transform into a paid service, based solely upon its discretion.
When upgrades or maintenance works are taking place, it may be possible that Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) is down temporarily. We will try and intimate Users in advance about service unavailability but do not share any guarantees. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter the service at any time.
Guidelines for Reviews
The following are the criteria for approving reviews.

Reviews are approved only when a firsthand experience with the merchant is involved.
ACCEPTABLE CONTENT
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) is not obliged to approve reviews shared over the platform. This could be because of one of the reasons shared below.
Offensive Language: Profanity, racist, abusive, and hate language
Irrelevant or non-indicative content
Discrimination on grounds such as religion, gender, age, race, nationality, disability, or marital status
References to illegal activity or uncorrelated references to society's traditions and values
Conflicts of interest: Competing Merchants are not allowed to post negative reviews. Noncompliance with this policy will result in permanent removal from the Platform.

Owned by Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net)
Reviews are owned by Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) exclusively in perpetuity. We withhold all rights to reproduce, translate, modify, delete, distribute, and/or transmit all materials related to reviews. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) is under no obligation to pay the author or anyone else for their reviews.
Termination of agreement
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) withholds all rights to suspend, terminate, or delete your Account and your access to or use of the Platform for any reason based solely on its discretion. One of the reasons for the same is when we do not find a User to comply with the terms being mentioned here. Where appropriate, we will give you a chance to state your position, before any termination, suspension, or deletion of your account.
Restrictions for Non-Personal and Non-Commercial Use
Users agree that are going to commercially use our content or information for purposes such as republication, it is going to have consequences. To the best of our ability and by taking legal support, we are likely to demand financial compensation for the loss of our intellectual property. This may or may not be a sufficient remedy. We may offer relief from high monetary expenses faced by you based on our discretion. This is to prohibit you from copying or reusing our content.
Refund Policy
Attaining User satisfaction is one of the tenets of our Organization. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) held no responsibility for refunding of unsatisfactory service.
Price and Payment
Once your order has been accepted, it represents an agreement between you the User, and the Merchant. The Merchant owns the sole responsibility for this order. When the service is completed, you'd be making cash payments directly to the Merchant for Order fulfilment.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) does not provide any payment service to you or third parties. Your own issuer or payment services provider will process the online payments, alongside payment service providers in partnership with us.
Irrespective of the nation you reside in, when you see our prices on our website, they will be visible to you in Bahraini Dinar. They are subject to the applicable taxes. You accept that Merchants may offer other prices at the Platform as compared to what they offer elsewhere. This includes Merchants' brick–and–mortar locations, other websites, or mobile applications.
Prices that we display for our services are entirely subject to the Merchant. Other factors influencing the matter include the applicable laws. Prices and additional charges that we display on our website are subject to change after you place your order. Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) reserves the right to charge fees such as service fees based solely on their discretion. These fees will be displayed to Users at the time of checkout.
Payment Methods
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) do not collect/ provide any payment method on its Platforms. The payment method would be agreed between the User and Merchant.
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) withholds no responsibility for all payments made between the User and Merchant, in the form of order, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and dispute resolution, provided User's argument is reasonable and justifiable and per these Terms.
For how long are the records of Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) valid
Suppose that a dispute arises concerning Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) Terms. Here, the User agrees, states, and warrants that any bookkeeping entry, microfilm, microfiche, and computer records constitute valid, binding, absolute, and exclusive evidence.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is becoming void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, then we are going to severe that provision from these Terms. However, by no means influences the enforceability and validity of any of the remainder provisions in these Terms that have not been severed as of yet. Indemnity
You agree to hold Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net), its partners, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, directors, officers, or other employees immune against any claim, demand, or damage. These may be direct, indirect, or consequential. A top example of these claims, demands, or damages includes reasonable attorneys' fees. This claim may be made by anyone in connection with your submissions, with your use of the Platform, with other rights of any entity or person who is related to the Platform, such as infringement of intellectual property rights, you violating these Terms, and any other acts or omissions associated with the Platform.
Amendments
Silkway (Trading as Dakhtar.net) may amend these Terms whenever it pleases based on its sole discretion. The amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting.
